C’est Magnifique !

C’est Magnifique! is a song written and composed by Cole Porter and originally released in his 1953 Broadway musical Can-Can.

It was created on stage by Lilo and Peter Cookson, the performers of the roles of the Pistachio Môme and the judge in the original Broadway Shubert Theatre production of 1953–54.

In the film adaptation of this musical (1960), the song is sung by Shirley MacLaine and Frank Sinatra.

Here is a fantastic version by Kay Starr. Enjoy!

Bete Aber Auch Dabei – Aria from Cantata BWV 115 – Arrangement

This in an arrangement for flute, two cellos and piano of Bete Aber Auch Dabei – BWV 115, which I consider being one of the most beautiful arias in Johann Sebastian Bach‘s cantatas.
The original piece is written for soprano solo, flute and cello piccolo, instrument about which we barely know nothing, but that he had a very wide range, especially in high pich.
